"My name is Angelo Logan and I am a 16 year-old web designer and founder/editor-in-chief behind the online magazine Solediction.com
I also run a personal blog (http://angelologan.com) in which I share various topics of interests."
2. How did you first get into blogging, and did anyone or anything influence this idea?
"I started Solediction with Taevon Palmer and Tony Logan on Thanksgiving day of 2007 based on the fact that they were allot of fashion-focused blogs on the web that were good, but posted every single item that came out. We pride ourselves over at SD for only posting products that we'd ACTUALLY wear ourselves, along with a more personal appeal to each review.
Angelologan.com was started to express things I find interesting throughout the day and to further connect with readers from Solediction."
3. Along with angelologan.com your are editor-in-chief behind Solediction.com, explain what sole diction is, and how it came about.
"The reason for starting Solediction can be seen via the answer above. As for what the site actually is -- Solediction is a daily online magazine surrounding various forms of sneakers, art, & fashion."
4. At such a young age you've accomplished so much, what are you career plans for the future?
"Thanks alot! I plan to attend college when I graduate high school in about 2 years; gotta have a backup plan in case things don't work out with the online projects.
Maybe become a professional web designer or take over my dad's already successful real estate firm. There's so many options I just can't begin to list them."
5. Being an avid blogger, what other blogs do you follow daily, or think that's dope?
"Solediction and Angelologan.com of course, haha. Archdaily, BOOOOOOOM, Cool Hunting, ProBlogger, The Sartorialist, Wejetset, among others..."
6. When your not working, or at school, what might we find Angelo doing?
"That's actually kind of rare for me not to be working, haha. But most likely playing Xbox 360, shopping, taking photos, or annoying my little sister."
7. Whose the one person that you hope to meet some day, and why?
"Oh that's an easy one: Pharrell Williams, because the man has done everything I've always wanted to do. For instance, he dated Vashtie Kola -- enough said."
8. I've noticed your interest in the new Currensy & Wiz Khalifa mixtape "How Fly", sum up your take on it in three words.
Worth.The.Wait. I'd have to give a shout-out to my cousin Tony for putting me on Currensy in the first place. I was sleeping on him I'll admit, big homie woke me up!"
9. In your eyes is the most fashionable male & female celebrity today?
"That's a hard one. But I'd have to go with Kanye West. The man can make anything stylish."
10. What words do you for anyone who may want to become a professional blogger?
"Marketing is the most important aspect to gaining readers. If no one knows your site exists, how do you expect to gain a loyal reader base? Networking helps as well."
